Design and Ordering:
Ordering or designing your kit couldn't be easier!!
- Select your 'ready to wear' garment and contact us with your details of required 'branding' on garment (s)
or
- Create your design using the on-line designer. Contact us for confirmation of required branding on garment
then
- Confirm order and contact the office to arrange 50% deposit and final payment on delivery
- Once these steps are complete - you will receive email confirmation of your order and can expect delivery in 7/10 days for 'ready to wear' garments and 4/6 weeks for designed garments
NOTE: Orders require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time order is placed with the balance of payment on delivery.
Sizing:
Our sizes range from childrens through to adults.
To ensure correct sizing, we recommend you speak with us to confirm. Alternatively, we can arrange a visit or send out samples for sizing purposes.
Fabric Care:
Care Instruction Labels which specify washing instructions are located on the inside of all garments. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a longer life span.
Please do not wash any of our garments above 40 degrees centigrade (Elastane and Rip Stop Nylon above 30 degrees centigrade) and please do not tumble dry or iron over printed logos.
Deliveries:
Deliveries will be made to the address specified at the time order is placed. We aim to deliver 'ready to wear' garments in 7/10 days from date of order and designed garments in 4/6 weeks from date of order. If you require a different delivery address please notify us before delivery.
In the UK we use a parcel delivery service and generally dispatch on a 'next day' delivery service. Please notify us if you require an alternative arrangement.
NOTE: All deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. No consignment will be left at an address without a signature.
Problems/Concerns:
If upon delivery you feel you have a concern with your order, we require you to ring the office within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Your concern will be addressed against the agreed specifications and in the event that we have made an error which results in incorrect or faulty garment(s), the affected garment(s) will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible
'Go For It' Teamwear Trademarks:
The words "Go For It Teamwear" and the GFI symbol are trademarks of GFI Teamwear Limited. These are not to be used in any context without written permission from GFI Teamwear.
Trading Terms:
Once an order is CONFIRMED, the customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order.
Title of the goods remains with GFI Teamwear Ltd. until payment is made in full.
All orders require a 50% deposit at the confirmation of order and the remaining 50% balance on delivery.
In case of fault/problem with garment(s) at time of delivery, the goods must be retained in unused condition and the fault/problem notified to GFI Temawear. If not the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders in the time frames (see Deliveries) this is not contractual.
GFI Teamwear Ltd reserves the right to split the supply of the ordered goods into more than one delivery.
Bespoke garments are "made to order" based on customer confirmation of the order details. Refunds/Returns for bespoke orders will only be done whereby GFI Teamwear has failed to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or the product is faulty. Notification of an order issue must be made to GFI Teamwear within 24 hours of receipt of order.
GFI Teamwear Ltd. reserves the right to perform credit checks on all customers and request payment of an order in full BEFORE the order will be progressed.
For avoidance of doubt, these conditions will be governed by English Law.
Privacy Statement:
We never sell, rent, or lease our customer lists/information to third parties.
Terms and Conditions:
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use GFI Teamwear Ltd. content in any way, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any GFI Teamwear Ltd content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of GFI Teamwear Ltd content requires the prior written permission of GFI Teamwear. Ltd.
The names, images and logos identifying GFI Teamwear Ltd. internationally or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of GFI Teamwear Ltd. and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of GFI Teamwear Ltd. or any other third party.
Further, by submitting contribution to GFI Teamwear Ltd. you warrant that your contribution:
- is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to GFI Teamwear Ltd. for all the purposes specified above;
- is not defamatory; and
- does not infringe any law; and
- indemnify GFI Teamwear Ltd. against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by GFI Teamwear Ltd. as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
- waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on any of the GFI Teamwear Ltd. websites and the purposes specified above.
GFI Teamwear Ltd. is the owner of all copyright, design rights and all other intellectual property rights subsisting in any designs and/or works created using this website, design facility and displayed through use of this website.
